Coalition Goals

1. To raise broad-based awareness of the importance of wearing a seat belt as a way to reduce the incidence of motor vehicle fatalities and injuries.
2. To reach 100% seat belt compliance, including child passenger safety, as a part of the Idaho Department of Transportation's "Toward Zero Deaths" highway safety plan.
