May 19th: Statewide and National Seat Belt Mobilization is under way from May 19th through June 1st. Make sure we get the word out, lets save lives and reduce serious injuries, "Buckle Up Idaho"! |

| June | June 2nd: Only Participating Law Enforcement Agencies in the May Seat Belt Mobilization will conduct a 100-observation post-enforcement seat belt survey between June 2nd and June 9th in accordance with the Office of Highway Operations and Safety (OHOS) requirements and submit both pre- and post-seat belt surveys to OHOS. June 2nd: Non-law enforcement agency Statewide Seat Belt survey starts: The data collection must begin on or shortly after Monday, June 2nd and must conclude no later than July 6, 2008. The results must be received by OHOS by July 14, 2008. The survey results will be used by OHOS to evaluate Idaho's seat belt usage rates. |
