Junior Seat Belt Officer Program

I am pleased to present you with PDF files for use by Idaho police agencies that will be using the Junior Seat Belt Officer program to publicize the occupant protection issue in Idaho.

There are three files for your use:

• Cover Page for Ticket Book (4 covers per page)
• Tickets (4 tickets per page)
• Business Cards for Jr. Police Officer (10 per page)

These PDF forms are fillable. An agency representative will need to type the agency name into the form and then print the document. Unfortunately, there is no way to enter the name of the agency once and have it populate the other items on the page. So, the name of the agency needs to be entered on each item. However, it takes just a few seconds and the text will appear in the same font used for the rest of the document.

The trickiest one is the cover page - the agency name goes right above the logo. On the ticket, it goes between the image of the seat belt and the text ?Junior Seat Belt Officer Program.? For the business cards, it goes right above ?Junior Seat Belt Officer.?
